- PMPhillip MikulaAug 12, 20262.0Dr. Parsley is an excellent dentist and a genuinely good person — my issues here are entirely with the front office. They took me on as a new patient without mentioning that a cleaning would be months out after the initial exam. I only found that out afterward, when they told me 6–8 months is the normal wait for a cleaning in Redmond. On top of that, I was told my appointment was 1:45 on a Tuesday, then got a call at 9:00 that same morning saying I’d missed it. Between the two, I burned one of my yearly covered exams and half a day of work and still didn’t get a cleaning. Five days later, I had an exam and cleaning booked at another office in town. I understand staffing is hard, and they’re currently hiring hygienists. The front desk could use the same attention. Dr. Parsley deserves a team that matches him.

This dental practice was referred to me by someone I know and my dental anxiety disappeared after visiting them. I now go every 6 months. My daughter had the same anxiety, so I took her there for a check up and a filling. She came out smiling. Awesome place amazing staff.
