- MZMark ZeitzerOct 8, 20265.0Fast, easy, and more affordable than traditional optical stores. I stopped in around 4:30 on a weekday and was the only customer there. Two staff members helped me and had me in and out quickly. The price was great, I was able to use my insurance, and they helped me file the claim. They even adjusted my old glasses while I was there. Best retail experience I’ve had in a long time!

The optometrist was great and explained everything in detail, explained each what to look out for in my vision that would warrant an emergent visit to an ophthalmologist. She explained how some medication can affect eyes and eye conditions. She explained each test in detail. She was even kind enough to answer a question from my elderly father. Great customer service! They even filed the claim to my insurance for me, explained what my benefits would be with WP being out of network and they still filed to insurance. Loved the staff here, and I’ll be back again!

The doctor was patient with me when I needed repeat instructions, and the front associates were amazing as suggesting glasses for my needs and within my insurance budget. I have been informed to return for free fitting when my lenses are delivered, and I will be returning for any future needs.
