- DCDavid Califf4 days ago5.0Working with the sales person Marie was great. Despite the store being busy she helped us get in and out quickly. She figured out our insurance without a problem even though we forgot our cards. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for glasses.

I talked with customer service and their call center is overseas. Couldn’t understand anything and the call center in background was very loud. The customer service agent kept saying my prescription was for light responsive, and I kept telling her I don’t think the factory put it on. She kept saying I could pay $75 more to have them darker and I kept saying they weren’t even changing in the light now and I had paid to have them change in the sun. Got nowhere with customer service and returning them. Also there is no direct phone number so I couldn’t even talk with them. Waste of my time. Can’t say anything good about Parker Warby.
