Very rude. Yelling at me, all I wanted to know which of my prescriptions they were going to fill and they kept yelling at me. Very rude, very bad experience.

I have used this Pharmacy a few times over the years and never had a problem. Employees are hard working and professional. Great customer service too. On any given day, I shop at this Safeway very often so I notice, this Pharmacy has at times slow periods with no line ! And the times I did face a line of about 4 people it moved quickly !! I guess if your the unhappy type you could go to Freddies Pharmacy and face lines that go out the door and when you do get to the counter there are told the script isn't ready yet, "please stand to the side, we'll call your name". LOL

Jennifer was really rude when I called to inquire why one of my prescriptions was filled but not the other. I was very nice to her and to be treated with such poor customer service like she isn't happy with her job or doesn't want to answer the phone is unacceptable. I have been filling my prescriptions at this Pharmacy for years and I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere

Extremely poor customer service - consistently displays of frustration and impatience by counter help. Calling in a refill without the RX bottle isn't possible; using the "speak to pharmacy" option results in phone ringing and no voice mail - there is no voicemail available. Soooo.... if you need a refill and don't have the bottle with you, you'll need to drive there to place that order. I am changing pharmacies after a few years of sub-standard service - regardless of how busy they are, it's a reasonable expectation that customers are treated with courtesy and recognition that they are spending their money there. Calling to transfer my prescriptions this morning, and well.... see above.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
