All I ask in any healthcare establishment is RESPECT and to follow privacy LAWS! And yes, answer the FRIGGUN PHONES!!! If I send in my significant other to pick up medications to keep me alive I do NOT want the WORLD to know what I am taking! Somebody needs to report these people to whatever overseeing agency that makes them comply to laws! BECAUSE obviously somebody has DROPPED the BALL! And going up front to let the management know of my concerns is a absolute waste of TIME! When the heavy set woman manager finally got thru chastising a worker about something she seemed rather disinterested! Waste of time in this place!!

They're nice in person but I always have to call back 5-10 times just to get ahold of anyone. I shouldn't have to spend 20 minutes of my time just redialing every time I need a medication

Where does one begin? If there was anything below a 1 star, that is what they deserve a negative 5 review. In there last tues for monthly meds. People standing around in the pharmacy and after waiting in line for 30 min I am told to come back in a hour! Nothing is EVER ready when promised! Whatever it tells you when it will be ready add 2 days too it! Not even kidding. The older grey hair lady has the sarcasm and manners of a spoiled brat. Condescending behavior by her and the lady pharmacist. YAY TEAM! AVOID at all cost! Wll be a waste of your time and OBVIOUSLY not theirs! -10 stars is appropiate rating.

The service at this pharmacy is abominable. While you are there, you will notice that the phone rings at length with no one bothering to pick up customer calls. If you yourself have to call this pharmacy, again no one picks up your call, and the mailbox is consistently full so you cannot leave a message. Save yourself the headache and go to Walgreens or another neighborhood pharmacy for your medication needs, particularly if your situation is remotely urgent.

How is this pharmacy so bad? If the computers aren’t down, it’s understaffed. It feels less like a pharmacy and more like an extension of the supermarket. It’s clearly underfunded. I’m surprised it’s legal to manage a pharmacy like this, considering it’s dealing with pharmaceuticals.
