Service and results count and they always show up here! Stuff happens, sometimes external factors drop the ball because life doesn’t revolve around perfection however, the staff here is amazing competent and resourceful. A resolution if needed, is just 1 personable phone call away. They ALWAYS seek to delight the customer and it shows!! Honorable, ethical, ownership, commitment and dedication are in strong supply here. Wonderful personalities building a community of wellness knowledge. For REAL. (Now back to the time wasting drudgery and inconvenience of managing the gaps in my traditional healthcare system where AI answers the phone and keeps me going in endless circles with little to poor results and maximum frustration- I wish Optimize U was running the rest of my healthcare experience- one can only dream!)

The team is incredibly helpful and responsive, and the doctor really knows her stuff. The perks are amazing, too. Highly recommend!

THE BEST CRYO place here in the Portland area. They do whole body cryo, unlike the other places that just do neck down. It’s large and the folks at the counter really care about your experience. I drive 45 mins just to get here because this is really the best one.

I use OptimizeU for TRT and for the Normatech pants and Cryo chamber. They are great and super friendly and knowledgeable.
