  Therapists keep canceling. My psychology Therapist keeps canceling and they give up on you once you show your emotions of how you feel. Debra Pugh and Tim godshall are both of them on top of others canceling highly do not recommend due to negative impact on my life

  The therapist was great. When both my insurances weren't properly billed, no bill was sent to me, and the majority of my checking account was taken out, and it was a Saturday so there was nothing I could do and it was too late to cancel my same day appointment (I attempted but again it was Saturday). I now have $20 to my name and am trying to figure out gas till Friday 👍 it's been 2 business days, I am hoping billing responds to my voicemail soon Update: they responded and immediately fixed the claim and refunded me. Very efficient. 5 stars. The phone lines are busy of course, but to be expected of an office that takes so many insurances. They handle it well. Thanks guys!

  I was very clear that I was seeking someone to refill my blood pressure meds. I was searching for providers who could provide primary care services, I mentioned multiple times that all I needed was a med refill. But still I somehow ended up with a mental health provider who can't prescribe my medication. Why didn't anyone catch this before I waited days for this appointment? Now I'm back where I was, running out of medication and unable to find someone to just write a prescription.

  I loved my doctor. she helped navigate my direction of medications choices and gave me options so I could do what one felt more comfortable. Very genuine and really wants to help you achieve what you came for. Nice comfortable. But the catch is the huge bill if you don't make it to appointment you basically have to pay the full amount still. But very nice and genuine people tho, I wish she was on my insurance

  I struggled for months and months when coming to Oregon from California for my mental health medications and finally, MindRx was my savior when I was down to 1 tablet; anyone who struggles with mental health meds knows that's literally a nightmare. I have NEVER been treated with the kindness, respect, and genuine care from ANY PSYCHIATRIST in my life. Dr. Colin Cashman, as well as everyone I've spoken with from billing department (shootout to Eian) to the receptionist have been more than kind to me and it came as such a shock as I've struggled to obtain my medicine and when I felt SEEN, HEARD, and not judged, I could never be more grateful. I don't say this easily, but, for some raw transparency, this Dr. Cashman/MindRx SAVED ME. I will be eternally grateful. I couldn't recommend MindRx enough. If you need help, reach out to them, THEY ACTUALLY CARE, and all the other patients like myself know how rare that is. Thank you MindRx and Dr. Colin Cashman!!!!
