Numerous billing errors including charging twice my actual co-pay for months, incorrectly billing my insurance so claims weren't covered, etc. Required monthly appointments despite being stable on meds (not necessary but I was repeatedly told it was LEGALLY required), provider was frequently late to or missed entirely or told me I was scheduled but failed to schedule me. Dotsey would not answer questions about meds and would just start rapid fire listing other medications in its place when I asked questions about side effects and interactions. Dotsey renewed an over a year old prescription (old dosage) instead of the script I'd been at for over a year which caused a massive issue with insurance and nearly left me unmedicated for the duration of an upcoming month long trip out of the country.
