They helped me fix the issue with my glasses quickly. The store manager, Tealy Dupree, was very helpful.

I must wear frames with an adjustable nose bridge and a 130mm earpiece length. The attendant asked if I had a prescription on file. I said no, but I had it with me. I told him about my frame requirements and he said "feel free to look around", offering no assistance other than to try the Ray-Bans even though he wasn't doing anything. The only other customer was being attended to by the other employee. After I looked around and didn't find anything smaller than 140mm the other employee suggested I try the OSHU pediatric shop.
