  Had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters today! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The optometrist was warm, personable, and took the time to conduct a thorough exam. Afterward, the optician who helped me pick out my new frames was super knowledgeable and patient, guiding me to the perfect pair. Top-notch service all around, I highly recommend them!

  EXCELLENCE!!!!!!! Garrett Smith instantly understood that I needed Ray Ban Quality frame to hold the "tinted, bifocal, prism Glass LENSES $350 replacements). Normally the lens is cut to the frame measurements. With nearly 20 years of experience? GARRETT perused their in-stock frames and said... Got one! Lets see if it fits. I'm 83 and sure was frustrated. I see double with out these "peepers". "Here Mr. Stair, see if they fit you." Garrett skillfully quickly snaps in my old lenses in to place. .....adjusts bridge frame, ear hooks, for correct bi-focal height. The guy is a WIZZARD with frames. Fit like a glove so I asked him how much $ (some Ray Bans can be up there $$). "Mr Stair, you made 3 trips already, we are all about service and quality here. NO CHARGE TODAY, sir. They are guaranteed for 30 days". 'IT JUST DON'T GET ANY BETTER FOLKS"... Go see them, A+ outfit. (Note: Had bad frame issue on expensive glass prism lenses from WALMART at Woodvillage, OR. Called Walmart Manager and they never even called back. 5 Round Trips from Hood River to Walmart for $150+ fuel costs. Frames broke 5 times). Still no call back from Walmart. What can I say.

  My daughter had an appointment here for glasses. My daughter is disabled, and when she went to her appointment, they said they couldn’t pull her insurance up to bill the insurance. I paid for her glasses in full out of my own pocket. We contacted her insurance and they said that LensCrafters should have called them to verify the benefits if they couldn’t pull them up in their system. We have called Lens crafters several times to get the situated and get the money back, and they keep saying, oh, we’ll take care of it. We’ll call you back when it’s done. This has been a couple months and it’s still not taken care of. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend going here

  Good branch! Better than the Vancouver mall branch. Look for a woman named Shea or Shaw, I think. She knows their products really well.

  Garrett was phenomenal and able to help and answer every question I had and he had every answer. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for me in any way he could! Look forward to working with him again during my next visit. Also, this location is the best in the area. Super clean, super organized, all staff is always friendly and is great moods!
