They were very patient and ultimately I ended up being extremely satisfied because they made everything painless. UPDATE: My glasses didn't work out but Garrett seamlessly made it easy for me to get another pair and made it no hassle at all. I just picked up my second pair of glasses. They worked out great. I'm not normally a complaining type of person and so the fact that he went out of his way to make sure I was happy really made me appreciate the customer service that they have, especially with something as important as your eye care. It costs a little more but it's worth the customer service that you get.
