I've had a wonderful experience with this studio. What makes it different is how individualized the program is. No matter your age or fitness level, the workouts are tailored to meet you where you are, which makes it feel both approachable and effective. The science behind the training is fascinating, and while the workouts are only 20 minutes long, they are surprisingly challenging. Every single time I finish, I'm amazed that the session is already over. Somehow those 20 minutes fly by, yet I leave feeling like I've had a much longer, more comprehensive workout. As someone with ADHD, the 20-minute format has been a huge benefit. A full hour at the gym can sometimes feel overwhelming or difficult to fit into my day, but 20 minutes feels attainable. It's much easier for me to stay consistent because getting started doesn't feel like such a big hurdle, and I still walk away feeling like I've accomplished something meaningful. What makes this studio amazing is Sophie. She is an exceptional trainer. She's knowledgeable, encouraging, and she is genuinely invested in helping people succeed. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable while still motivating you to push yourself. Her guidance and positive energy make every session something to look forward to. If you're looking for a workout program that's efficient, evidence-based, and personalized to your needs, I highly recommend giving this program a try, and if you want someone who is encouraging, helpful, and a great trainer overall, give this studio a try.

Been a few times and I feel like it is a great workout. I love the fact that it’s only 20 minutes but I really feel it. Sophie is a great trainer, she is very encouraging to push me to my limit but not overdo. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their strength and muscle tone.

Workout was awesome. Sophie did an excellent job training me. She was very knowledgeable on the equipment and challenged me to push myself.

Had my mom come here just to realize it was one big sales pitch. I don't recommend sending anyone here like I did. The teacher (Sophie) is nice, but isn't very knowledgeable about exercise. Most questions I asked her, she confessed to looking up the answer on AI. Its a cute studio, but its really all looks with no substance. Hope this helps!

Frequently Asked Questions About FastFit

Do I really only need to work out twice a week?

Yes. FastFit uses isokinetic resistance training to make every rep count, so your muscles are fully challenged in a short amount of time. That’s why just two 20-minute sessions per week provide the right balance of stimulus and recovery to drive real, sustainable results.

How is FastFit different from traditional weightlifting or gym workouts?

Traditional workouts rely on selecting weights, which can lead to undertraining or increased risk of injury. FastFit uses isokinetic resistance training, where the machine controls the speed of movement—so your muscles stay fully engaged from start to finish. This creates a more efficient, effective workout in less time.
