Blackburn Center

Blackburn Center brings together Central City Concern’s signature housing, health care and employment services, all under the same roof. The health care clinic delivers high-quality, evidence-based care, with an emphasis on addiction recovery, mental health services and primary care. Through our team-based service model, patients receive treatment from a care team that works together to make sure all of a patient’s needs are met. Care teams include providers, medical assistants, a nurse, a health assistant and a mental health professional, as well as a caseworker who connects patients to resources such as housing and employment assistance.
