  Don’t want to be dramatic, but I feel like barre3 gave me my life back postpartum! I have never had a consistent work out routine in my adult life and barre3 is the first time I am working out consistently 3/4 times a week. I really enjoy the workouts and find the instructors super approachable and great at what they do. Kelly, Natalie, Courtney, Katie, Cheyenne…. I could keep naming others. They all are great. The variety of classes keeps me coming back and I don’t get bored with the workouts.

  By far my favorite workout experience — emphasis on focusing on what you actually need rather than weight & appearance. Kind & supportive staff, beautiful space.

  Highly recommend! I was intimidated to try something new, and the friendly staff made me feel at ease and welcome. The studio is clean and feels peaceful. As a bonus, there’s plenty of parking. Everyone is helpful and quick to respond when you have a question or issue. I look forward to each of my classes and am always glad I went.

  Open and bright studio with a great group of talented and supportive instructors. The Barre 3 workout is energetic and enjoyable mixed with the physical challenge that gives you real results. Easy to modify for any fitness level. Highly recommend!
