Another Chance Drug & Alcohol Rehab Center of Portland

Another Chance is an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center on NE 18th Avenue, close in on Portland's east side. You take part during the day and sleep at home, so recovery happens alongside your actual life rather than away from it. Programs run from high intensity outpatient, five days a week with on-site medical staff, through intensive outpatient and standard outpatient care. We also offer substance abuse counseling, DUII treatment, evaluations and a family support group. Care is trauma-informed and led by a medical director board certified in addiction medicine. Many of our counselors have walked this road themselves. Oregon Health Plan, Medicare and most major private insurance accepted.
