I try and try to give this pharmacy wiggle room but the truth is the technicians have horrible attitudes, are extremely unhappy, and never want to actually cater to the patient. I understand the industry is not the best... But having patience for someone over the phone should be a requirement when working directly with patients. On multiple occasions they've cut me off on the phone when asking basic questions, messed up fills, and been flat out rude. I'm tired of it. I only put up with it because I have no car and the place is down the street from my house. It's close, in other words. I can't wait to have another vehicle because I'd rather drive elsewhere than stay here with this pharmacy another year. To management that may see this review: either shut the pharmacy down or get it together. People in the community deserve better.

I have had too many issues with this pharmacy never picking up thier phone or with consant delays or some sort of issues happen. Numerous times i try to call and i never get through and when i do I'll get told itll be ready soon only to wait another hour after arriving. Now thier systems are down and now we have to FAX EVERYTHING because they never bothered to update their phones or anything.
