They never answer their phone You have to go down there to reorder if you don't have the order number. Half the time you wit in a line for 20 minutes, your order isn't done or they had to order it. Sure do miss RiteAid. They always had it ready and always answer their phone. Guess have to switch to WalMart. There's no other choice.

Don't get your prescription from this Safeway I've been on a certain medication for 6 years and I'm not supposed to just abruptly stop taking it but this safe Way refuses to fill them sit there and tells me that my insurance is not valid which is not true it's 100% valid and then we'll sit there and refuse to send the medication to another pharmacy when you call another pharmacy to have them transferred till you can get your prescriptions that you can't be without of then they'll refuse to send them over to the other pharmacy I would highly suggest don't get your medications here if you actually need them

We stopped rite aid pharmacy and moved to Safeway. Safeway was great and had no problem, till they hired staff from Rite Aid after it was closed and we're having the same issues there. Prescriptions have not been getting filled on time. And when you ask about it , the pharmacist has a godlike complex, where he gets to choose. When and how you get your medication. Hopefully wal-mart is better

I felt I was treated poorly by the older sounding lady who answered the phone as she abruptly and, in my opinion rudely, put my on hold while I was in the middle of explaining the scenario. This required using up a portion of the pharmacists valuable time to reconcile what is/should have been simple as he cleared up any confusion in, literally, a singular sentence. Chad is always kind and helpful.
