- RJRobin JacobsonJul 22, 20265.0I’ve been trying to “break up” with Eye Health Northwest for a while now, and decided to go to this local, family-based optometrist. I’m so glad I did! The intake process was very organized. My first appointment was SO thorough and they clearly have a solid process. Dr. Egger was pleasant, worked with his wife by his side to get plenty of baselines and review findings. He showed me what he was reviewing (like the photos of my retina), explained what he saw and what it meant, and noted all my next steps and needs. I felt like I was cared for as an individual and not just a next appointment. We got a lot done and have our plan for next needs and it felt great. This is why I try to work with local businesses as much as possible, instead of the machine is the big guys. Thank you to you all! You’re my optometrist for life :) I’m also already trying to get my boyfriend to come see you next

I feel that Dr. Egger took his time with me to make sure I had a thorough exam, and that I understood what he found, and answered all my questions. He did not make me feel like I was just a paycheck, with just a quick come in and quick leave within minutes. He spent time with me and found something in my eye that other eye Dr's had never even explained that I had. This is now being watched closely and if Dr. Egger had not found, it could have turned out bad without me even knowing. He also took care of my 12 yr. old son. Dr. Egger found something in his Retina, that we now have to keep an eye on, this could have turned out that my son could have gone blind, if it was not for Dr. Egger. I will hands down go to no one else but Dr. Egger and wait if I need to, in order to make sure my health is Good and I have no issues with loosing my vision. Dr. Egger made my family feel important rather than a paycheck.
