- SCsteven coxAug 19, 20262.0If you want to find out what kind of follow-up you’ll actually get from HBF, compare the wait times on the phone when you call as a new person looking for help versus an existing patient who has just been discharged. The difference is pretty telling. They also seem to overprescribe medications that no other doctor in town is willing to refill. I just got out of there, and they won’t even help me get the refills I need. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. The lack of follow-up and support after discharge has been extremely frustrating. It feels like the money matters more than the patients. Patrick the tech was cool though, The food was great. Hey man!!
