  Classes at Milwaukie Pilates are the highlight of my week! I take class with both Sharon and Cheryl, and I truly appreciate both of them so much. They are so knowledgeable and kind, and do such a lovely job meeting you where you're at in your fitness journey.

  We tried this studio on a whim because we wanted to try Pilates due to different health reasons for both of us. We feel very lucky that we chose this studio as our first in class Pilates experience. We’ve worked with Sharon and Francesca (not to leave out Katie, we hear she’s great too!) and they are both very knowledgeable and give great guidance even in group settings. It’s been amazing and it’s not become a regular part of our daily routine thanks to Milwaukie Pilates’ instructors.
