  Saw Amber Tracy the end of June said that a prescription was sent over we’re now at the end of August and I’ve been fighting with her staff about a prescription that was never picked up or received at Walgreens and weekly phone calls with staff and now they want me to come back in for a follow up appointment for a prescription that I still have not picked up or was able to use very disappointed. Staff should be ashamed of themselves. The doctor should be ashamed of themselves, especially dealing with a woman and her hormones.

  I have a close friend who went here and had a terrible experience with the staff. I have not personally gone here but my friend was in tears. She was treated very unprofessional and staff was dismissive of her problem. They're were supposed to be tests results received and they never returned her calls for a few days. Would not recommend.

  Terrible place. If you're not pregnant, you will literally be put last. I started going here in 2024, looking for a total hysterectomy. They took that and decided they needed to attempt to talk me out of having one for a year, I asked Hernandez for tests and she completely ignored me and refused. I finally get transfered to Freeman for surgery consult. He's uncomfortable taking my ovaries and decides to attempt to "change" my mind for the next 4 months. I asked for them to send in the paperwork for insurance, to see if it's approved, they went on this long rant about insurnace and how it coupd take up to two months for insurnace to approve a total hysterectomy for a 32 year old, it got approved in 10 business days. Says I need to try this shot, that will shutdown my ovaries, to see if taking my ovaries would be beneficial ( even though the surgery is approved and already scheduled at this point.) and then gives me the wrong shot. Insisted that he gave me the shot that does shut ovaries down, doubled down that he gave me the correct one and when he realized he didn't, he dropped me as a patient.

  Very compassionate care all the staff members are very friendly and helpful the environment of the office is very clean and decorated very nice.. Amber Tracy was an absolute angel to me during one of the most stressful consults ive had to have... I feel that the staff is very confident and knowledgeable and truly cares for me.

  This was my first visit with Amber Tracy, and I want to say how impressed I am. She was attentive, truly listened to my concerns, and provided thoughtful care. She was thorough in explaining my options and made sure I felt informed and supported. Her medical assistant was also professional, efficient, and very kind. I would highly recommend them both!
