You will call them and they will confirm it’s ready… but it is DEFINITELY not ready. Takes a minimum of 3 visits to have every Rx filled. Literally insane from an operational standpoint. And they will talk to you like it’s your fault. Rude and bottom of the barrel customer service. I get that there are shortages and things out of their control, but just a total failure on every front to communicate politely and track their work.

I have been getting my Rx from then off and on for the last 10+ yrs and I think I have only spoke to someone 1 or 2 times tops! It's unacceptable to not answer the phone and then we have to drive over there to just wait in a long line for them to tell us they either don't have the Rx or it's not ready! When we could have just been told that over the phone 🤬
