  We started using Addus about 2 months ago. Wife has long COVID and I was her only care taker. With the young women that's coming to help me take care of my wife is amazing. She helps the wife shower, spots her while walking frees up some of my time. Any time she can't come they call first thing in the morning to see if I need someone else to come over. I have no negative thoughts for Addus.

  I’ve worked for Addus for over a year and they are by far the best caregiving company I have worked for. Jessica and Mercy at the front are always able to help with any problem I have, and have helped me in situations where I might have been overwhelmed. Pam takes your calls for service and she knows everything, trust me. Chrissy is at the center of it all where she belongs, doing a bit of everything as a leader does. Though Addus may have restrictions to some activities, the caregivers I have met are kind and thoughtful. I have seen them go above and beyond for their clients. I am grateful I work with such a hardworking and understanding team.

  Only agency that won't drive my car even though my insurance allows it. They have turned me into a shut in.

  The caregiver is great but one of the lady's named Pam was not only rude to me when I asked if they can send a replacement next time our caregiver calls in and she got rude and hung up on me
