- CZCourtney ZJun 22, 20261.0probably the worst place to sign up! unfortunately emily signed me up & told me to scroll through everything & just sign & i could cancel ANYTIME i want, her words. but when that time came they said they would charge me another month no matter what. she also saved my debit card on file without permission when i bought socks. all around shady, super dirty inside and not the best teachers. you could easily find somewhere better that isnt just after your money. super disappointing experience & they are very unresponsive once you say you would like to cancel

- BSBhavaya SachdevaApr 18, 20261.0Usually a good studio. Today I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ran into road closures on the way to class so I called the studio to inform them. When I arrived, the receptionist decided to inform me of a new policy that upper management had set and proceeded to waste several minutes when I could’ve been in the class. Consider showing some grace to customers and think about how you’d want to be treated after driving for 30 minutes to get there. And maybe enforce a policy after actually telling people about it.
