I recommend Barre3 Kruse Village with highest enthusiasm. The class routines are effective and enjoyable, and my instructors are experienced and accomplished. The instructors always offer helpful routine-variations for beginners. Barre3 provides all the props needed for the routines. The exercise room is remarkable; I particularly enjoy the glass walls (exercising under a blue sky); and there are wall panels that lower for privacy if desired. The general facilities include top-notch lockers, shower and changing areas, a children's play area, and even a water dispenser to fill your bottle. The sanitary standards are superior. Finally, the office staff/receptionists are invaluable - they make an extra effort to welcome you and help you understand the classes offered, the payment packages, your options when you wish to add or change classes, etc. I was so hesitant that I almost didn't go in for my first class; I'm so glad I forced myself to do so. Barre3 Kruse Village is a community committed not only to fitness but to a welcoming supportive environment.

I absolutely love this community and the way it has helped me move my body! The past five years since having kids have been extremely challenging when it comes to finding exercise that works for my body and my schedule. Barre3 has been a great way for me to gently build strength while modifying movements for injuries and recommitting to regular movement. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and I always feel encouraged. I highly recommend Barre3 to anyone looking for a positive, fun environment to build strength and find a moment to be present.

Maggie was so kind and helpful during my first-ever class! I really appreciated her guidance, encouragement, and reassurance throughout the class. She made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend her to others!
