  Transferring from a small gym to Physiq has been the biggest blessing. In terms of better equipment, better communication, better prices, etc. I transferred about a year ago & I can say my physical aspect as well as mental has gone up. Keizer Physiq has brought peace & comfort to be able to workout without any distractions. People are very friendly, help each other out, & push each other to be better. It is organized & clean, as well as diverse! I have nothing bad to say, as a matter a fact this has become my safe space. Thank you Keizer Physiq!

  Love this gym, the staff, the atmosphere, the quality of machines. Everything is so clean and ready to go. There’s plenty of variety and seats/stations to do your workouts even on a busy day. Sometimes you gotta get creative. Jaqueline was great with her customer service skills, I had some special requests for my smoothie after my workout and I made it over complicated, the next day she made sure to do it exactly as I requested and Bisael has always been a homie. Always down to chat and answer questions. They genuinely care about people. I cant express how much I appreciate their customer service.

  Super friendly staff that make you feel welcome every visit. Trainers are also helpful and do their best to make sure they help you with all your questions.

  They never have the A/C on!! I have asked if they could put the temp to 65-68*. They said they are not allowed to. On a 75 degree day, It's cooler to work out at my house! Seriously it is about 75-80 in the gym all season! I am guessing they keep it at that temp for the employees, but anyone working out it Is MISERABLE!!!! I don't do cardio, but I couldn't imagine! I have over heard several people complain about how hot it is in the gym and they continue to say they can't do anything about it. Bummer. Go somewhere else. Like West Coast where it is at a temp for people to workout and not overheat.

  Great place, friendly staff and clean equipment with fair membership fees, physic fit is the best gym I've been too. Unlike other gyms I've visited, the manager is an accommodating man who is on top of things when a member asks for information or help. I was able to downgrade my membership when my situation changed, and he didn't give me needless run around and made the whole thing quick and easy. The locker rooms are always clean and well maintained as well as the equipment, and the atmosphere is really relaxing as well.
