  I tried three locations and this one is by far my favorite. It has a smoothie bar and a sauna. The layout is really spacious, there’s two floors and the staff is always friendly. Also super clean!

  Highly recommend! This has been my go to gym for years. They have great equipment, a great atmosphere and everything you need for a solid workout and recovery! Shoutout to Aliyah and Diana for always being so welcoming and bringing such good uplifting energy to the gym! They really help make it a positive and comfortable environment every time you walk in. Whether you’re brand new to working out or just looking for a new place to train, Physiq Fitness is the spot! -Nikki

  I’ll try to keep it short my apologies lol. I was used to a couple gyms up north so I was looking for gyms with extra amenities (website is the best). Called + came for a trial day. Price wasn’t an issue at all, I was looking for the “3rd tier”. The desk guy started joking about my job (he asked what I did). Tour was good. Stayed for a work out. This is the biggest funniest thing, then, and I joke about it now with coworkers, family, and social media. 5 minutes into my treadmill-run, the same guy comes and taps on my shoulder “to quiet down”. Because I was breathing too “loud”. I’ve gym’d for like 20 years, HIT work outs, was a coach, did MMA… I’ve never heard “too loud”… I wasn’t even listening to music… no “singing music” or “talking”. Literally breathing. I laughed and asked if he was serious and he said “Ok”. I showered, came back and asked him again “what was that about? This is a gym. People are changing their lives. That’s what it’s supposed to sound like. I’ve never heard that” and he apologized and said he could hear it across the room lol. Wild. Actually wild. I started a membership at Courthouse, every day with the same tread-mill work. I’ve gotten high fives from strangers that they appreciate the grind. And then I’ll tell them this funny 5 second story lol. Also, your employee said they don’t check if anyone is “third tier” he just “lets anyone in” because “what’re they going to do,” Please trial if you’re coming in! Not my kind of gym. I prefer hard working, ethical, challenging communities who feel safe and are ready to change their lives 🙏🏽 Like I told the desk guy when I left, “Blessings and Glory to God🙏🏽”.   I went in to the keizer location to inquire about a membership and the worker up front Charlie was very helpful and informative!

  Canceled my membership takes 2 months btw so just know the 30 day notice means you have to wait 60 days till you can leave the gym. They don’t allow it to be done at the front desk anymore you have to do it in the app. Machine are good but no name brand grips equipment lacking for the expensive membership fee. Sauna at this location sucks does not get hot enough. In fact the entire maintenance crew needs to be replaced. Gyms only water spot has been broken for 30 days. Front desk says it’s bc they are waiting for the part. The movie cinema room is broken too. What isn’t broken at this gym. While I’ve been here their 24 hour access hasn’t been available all the time bc it broke at some point too. If you want water make sure to ask the front desk bc water fountain don’t work enjoy unfiltered tap water. Also tripods are not allowed and staff will come and tell you to put it away. Owner doesn’t want to change his policy. Check out the new Crunch or West Coast fitness bc this place blows for the price. Only thing that’s decent is recovery room and hydro massagers that’s about it.
