Was told the TOPICAL (a tube of cream) for my sick baby would be ready in an hour. We showed up 70 minutes later for them to tell me it would be another 20-30 minutes. Went back (all while I had my sick 2 year old) 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready.. I asked when they thought it would be and she flat out said she didn’t know?? I transferred my script and called the Fed myers pharmacy down the road to ask how long it would be.. he said “oh this is super easy I’ll have it done in 10 minutes see you soon” This stuff happens all the time at this pharmacy location they are horrible!!

These guys are like family enjoyable to be around when I visit. They are a good crew of workers and especially dealing with the customers.

What’s the point of having a phone if you don’t answer it? The pharmacy answers maybe one out of every four calls I make to them. It the closest pharmacy to my house but daaaaang it can be frustrating to fill my meds considering I have to call thirty times in order to request it.

I’ve used this pharmacy for several years now. They are fantastic to work with! Always friendly, and knowledgeable, even in the busiest times. Especially Ryan and David!

I love this pharmacy. I have had my own and my pets prescriptions filled here and gotten all my vaccinations. For those of you who say the staff is unfriendly, try smiling and being friendly and they will be friendly right back. They are very busy and under a lot of pressure.
