- AAAnAug 19, 20261.0Instructors are wonderful but the membership policies are inflexible - manager’s attitude made the experience feel unfriendly rather than supportive. The studio can cancel classes or change instructors at the last minute, but members are not given the same flexibility (no refund)—they also have a strict late policy (no refund), which makes attending difficult for unpredictable schedule. There are many other studios that offer a more welcoming environment, better service, and more reasonable flexibility.
- CNCassidy NealJul 31, 20264.0I have been coming here for over 6 months. This was my first reformer experience. I am obsessed with it now. Very clean and new equipment. Some instructors are amazing (Nikki and Diane) some are not as great. Just find your favorites. The only con I have experienced so far is that the place is so small and the “private lessons” are in the back room. But the only way for that lesson to take place is for the instructor and the person taking the lesson to walk in the middle of our class. Sometimes they can happen twice during a class so there are up to Four people walking in and out of your class. The person taking the lessons will have a full on conversation with the instructor in the middle of the big class going on. Then we can’t hear our own instructor at all. Very inconsiderate. Also the only bathroom is back there so the front desk person or anyone waiting for class just walks right Into the middle of our class. It’s such a bummer layout wise because I like this place a lot but it’s very distracting. The first time is free. Check it out!

Had classes canceled on me multiple times without notice, but when she thought I wasn't there I was charged a no show fee (I never no showed). Had to call to say I was there and where I was to have fee removed.
