When calling the Pharmacy they are not polite they rush you off the phone. The lines can be long which I don't like but the people working the counters are generally pretty nice. There was one time I had to hear about how one of the previous customers pissed them off and that customer was still in hearing range.

They never answer their phone. It's a bad look. It’s a worse look when you have to drive 30 miles and show up in person just to ask a simple question. And the look gets worse when someone snidely says “do you want a job answering phones?” As though answering the phone isn’t part of HER JOB DESCRIPTION. I called 4 other locations in the area and every other Safeway pharmacy answers their phone. Hermiston Safeway pharmacy thinks answering the phone is a special role that requires a special position and they are not obligated to answer it. I hope management catches wind of this because it’s trash.

The orders that aren't completely screwed up are rarely ready to be picked up when expected. I just waited 3 days and it wasn't filled, they charged my insurance for the prescription but didn't fill it. What kind scam is this?

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve been too, I call 45-60 min advance and say I’m coming to pick up in a hr, and will still have to wait 45 min when I get there because the billing lady hasn’t done her job yet. And on top of that they are normally rude every step of the way. They need to restaff the entire department
