Very amazing people, super patient and know what they’re doing and saying! I was about to give up, but they did encourage me and now I can say for my 12 hours shift I am literally pain free, literally from 9 or 10 pain level going down to 2 to 0 depending on my days. I am so grateful and blessed to have people like good feet employees working with me. Thank you all!!

I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review for a business with such high ratings, but my experience was both frustrating and misleading.
I originally purchased arch supports from this company about 20 years ago for approximately $89, and they served me well until recently. When they began to wear out, I scheduled an appointment at the Happy Valley location to replace them. During my appointment with Matthew, I clearly explained my needs and the issues I was beginning to experience with my old insoles.
Unfortunately, the sales process lacked transparency. At no point was it clearly explained that the products being sold were considered “medical devices,” that I would be entered into a medical profile system, or that all sales would be final with no money-back guarantee. I was expressed that the products were covered for life and could be exchanged due to normal wear and tear.
I was presented with a three-part system (for work, exercise, and home use) and told that all components were necessary and designed to work together. When I reached checkout, I was taken back by a total cost of $2,200. After expressing that this was far beyond what I intended to spend and that I only needed a basic replacement similar to what I had previously, I was told the system was required to reap full benefits. After haggling for a bit the price was then reduced to $1,698 and I was told that was the best price I was going to get.
Based on the information provided, I assumed there would be some flexibility if the products did not work for me seeing how I’m spending over a grand for this system. However, I later discovered that all sales are final regardless of your situation.
After attempting to use the “strengtheners” for just two days, I experienced significant discomfort, including leg cramping and sharp pain radiating up my leg and foot when I would walk. It felt like pins and needles when I would stand. I was forced to switch back to the “maintainers” to alleviate all of the symptoms. I had to rub dmso on my legs in the morning and evening after using the strengthener to soothe the leg pain from the strengtheners. While I was told I could exchange for different sizes or types, this does not address the core issue that the system itself may not be suitable for every person.
For products described as “medical devices,” there was no involvement from a licensed medical professional, no referral from my doctor, and no insurance coverage. This made the overall experience feel more like a high-pressure sales situation than a legitimate medical consultation.
I strongly encourage anyone thinking about purchasing from The Good Feet store to fully understand the terms, pricing, and policies before making a permanent purchase here seeing that they clearly do not stand behind their own products.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular shoe inserts or insoles?

Yes, customers aged 6 and older can take home arch supports immediately after being fitted and selecting the right supports.
