- LZLori Zold4 days ago5.0Jess is the best! She laughed at my jokes and made a few of her own. She really listened to what I needed and what my goals were. She was VERY patient with questions about how the system worked. She even gave me tips on how to check a shoe when buying it to see if it had the necessary flexibility in the toes but refines in the center and ankle area. She is a GEM! My body hasn’t felt this good in years. I love that I can put the inserts in any shoe and bough a 4th set of inserts for “fun shoes” as Jess described them (sandals, heels, etc.). I’m still working the inserts in but being able to come in for adjustments at no extra charge is very comforting. Are these insoles expensive? Absolutely! But if you can manage it, it’s definitely worth doing.

I popped into the store back in September, just a few weeks before leaving on vacation. I explained that we were going on vacation and I would be doing A LOT of walking. My feet and ankles were hurting constantly and had been for a very long time. I was really hoping they could help me. Jess was so sweet and helpful. She explained what was causing my pain and worked with me until we found the insoles she believed would help. She never rushed me and made me feel like the most important customer. My insoles were really helping and I was excited to have them on vacation. On our first day of vacation we walked and walked and walked. When we returned to our room one of my insoles was missing. I had lost if from my sandal. I was so bummed. When we returned I called the store and explained what happened. DJ explained that they don't sell just one, I would need to purchase a new set. But, because I had literally had them less than a month, he would see what they could do for me. After talking to management, Jess was able to work it out so I wouldn't have to pay full price and it wouldn't be a financial burden for me. Thank you Jess and DJ.
