As a newbie, I was being checked on by the instructor during class.This made me feel 10x more comfortable! The routines are super fun and efficient. I definitely felt a change in my body after only a couple of classes. The playlists in combination with the instructor’s positive attitude kept me going!

What I like: close to my office, people are friendly, instructors are welcoming, classes feel accessible, facilities are nice and clean. Bonus points for offering free toiletries that have saved me more than once! Their class structure is just slightly different from pure barre, which I actually preferred, but the people/staff at barre3 were so much more inviting that I made this my main studio.

The instructors are encouraging and great at offering modifications, so it feels accessible whether you’re new or experienced.
