- MDmargaret davisJul 1, 20265.0I needed quick appointment because I had a crown come off. The office staff were helpful, knowledgeable and caring. They offered me a next day appointment as I had no pain. Explained why I needed to be seen for a cleaning first and then Dr Bailey would evaluate my condition. They explained my insurance and what I needed to do and assisted my every step as a new patient in the process. The day of visit the front desk recognized my voice and welcomed me. Helped me finish my paperwork and I was taken back quickly for my appointment. The dental assistant and hygienist were kind, none judgemental and very caring during my x rays and cleaning. DR Bailey was very helpful and went over my x rays need of treatment and gave me none judgemental options. I felt very cared for and comfortable. I was educated in what was needed but not pressured into any decision. I left feeling hopeful. I have always feared and hated going to the dentist but I would not hesitate going back to open door to receive the help needed for my ongoing dental health

There have been times where I felt the hygienist rushed my teeth cleaning, but Becky did an amazingly thorough job and I left feeling like my teeth were really clean. Since we drove over from Brookings, it's really important to me that my teeth get thoroughly cleaned. Becky for the win!
