  Generally pretty rude, unhelpful and rarely have meds ready when needed. If you need your meds refilled quickly or in a timely manner look elsewhere

  If you’re expecting 1 hour wait guess again. Any other option would be better, even at the coast. .. editing.. 3 star from 1. Ready in an hour and 40 min

  Just switched to this pharmacy after the Florence Rite Aid Pharmacy closed. The first guy I spoke with on the phone was trying to be rude on purpose. I thought it was really sad. When he answered the phone he said that he was a pharmacy tech, which means he went to community college to get his 2 year degree. Too bad they forgot to teach him to be cool. Why be a jerk for no reason? Just doesn't make any sense. I will call back tomorrow and leave a complaint with someone else in the pharmacy.

  Bree the pharmacist yelled at me and her exact words were: " you are just out for blood" I told her no i'm here for my meds that keep me alive , vincent the pharmacy tech yelled at me they have done this to me multiple times now , they have left me with no life saving meds twice, when they said they'd have my refills , i turned them in to the state of oregon board of pharmacy filled complaint , and to fred meyer corporate . i continue using fred meyer and i'm in a continued investigation of my services thru this pharmacy.
