Jennifer was amazing. I was having a hard time seeing. She did a slight adjustment and now I can see clearly

Lucky at the Valley River Center LensCrafters is by far the most knowledgeable and efficient vision sales associate ever!! Her knowledge of the inventory expedited my selections. Lucky was patient, warm, and professional. What a gem!

Walk-in. Came in to get a temporary repair for glasses purchased elsewhere. They solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed with the customer service by Rudy.

Lucky was so kind and so helpful picking out and ordering my daughter’s glasses. Made it so easy, we came back a week later and had Lucky help me get a pair for myself.

Unless you want to wait hours upon hours without any results, choose somewhere else! Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Initially, I had a scheduled Saturday appointment. Nearly 3 hours later, I left without even ordering glasses. My contacts are wrong. I scheduled a re-fitting which can only be done on weekdays, so during my lunch break at 1:15. I drove all the way across town and after 30 minutes of waiting without seeing the doctor, I left. They re-scheduled me but cannot guarantee that time slot. Essentially, I’ve paid for a completely worthless contact lens fitting. I will be asking for a full refund. Update on Friday 4/17, Dr Hackett refuses to allow me to change brands on contacts stating “that brand was chosen for a reason”. Funny thing though, as I mentioned before, I’ve spent over 4 hours in their office and EVERY patient walks out with Precision brand contacts. Hmmmm… guess that Precision sales rep must be treating Dr Quackett pretty well! By the afternoon, they are so shady that it looks like I’m in a Smokey room! They offered to refund a whopping $65 of the $1000+ I’ve given them. Gracious, huh?

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
