I wanted to give a special shout out to Rudy who was so incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. We were there for over 2 hours while I was fitted for 6 pairs of glasses! He helped me pick out all of the pairs and gave honest feedback on how they looked. Typically my sister is who I bring along with me for her advice, but since she couldn’t come, Rudy stepped in and I left feeling so excited and grateful for that experience.

Annoying but not a deal breaker. The eye doctor was nice and willing to answer my questions. The person who was an absolute rockstar was Alex the sales associate who worked really hard to make sure that I got the frames and lenses I wanted. He was so kind and never made me feel "less than" because I couldn't afford to go into long term debt for glasses. He worked with me and got me the frames, progressive and transitional lenses I wanted. I'll be able to pay off the cost within a few months. I won't get my new glasses for a couple of weeks so I can't tell you if I'm happy with them yet. If you choose Lenscrafters make sure you ask for Alex to be your sales associate. He is proof that a little bit of kindness goes a long way in a world that seems so hostile right now. Thank you, Alex.
