Having a gap in medication is disabling and really impacts me, and there seems to be no real flexibility in their care. After a year of calling back and forth, waiting 15+ minutes in line, and errors in what is ready and not, I'm moving onto another pharmacy. A bummer, because the pharmacists are kind, I think there is just too stretched thin

- LMLindsey MendellApr 8, 20261.0I have been going here for years and the service has gone majorly downhill. The lines keep getting longer and longer and wait times can be quite long. The pharmacists are nice but clearly overworked. Fill times take forever and you can never ever get anyone to answer the phone, so be prepared to go in every single time you need to request a prescription be pushed through or have a question for the pharmacist. I've missed several doses of medications due to the extended fill times. The shelves are jam packed and the floors are dusty and dirty. The phone tree will send you into a rage by not allowing you to talk to anyone, will send you in circles trying to do so, and eventually connect you to a voicemail that I don't think ever gets checked. This week I've been back and forth to the pharmacy several times just trying to get medications pushed through. This is especially frustrating when you are sick and don't have much energy to expend and there are also no benches to sit on in the line area. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy after this week. Gas prices are too high to have to drive back and forth nearly every day just trying to get my meds filled.
