- JPJim PalmerMay 8, 20263.0Twice now, I've had delays of a full day getting a prescription. First, closed on Easter Sunday while I had a very bad UTI. Not fun! Second time, yesterday, told that they needed clarification. Clarification so again, I am left waiting for a prescription. Thankfully my condition not as painful as the UTI.
- TNTravis NiderostApr 3, 20265.0I just called the Division location about a prescription that was in dire need of, but they wouldn't be able to fill it until next Monday at the earliest. The Tech I spoke to, Katy, went out of her way to relieve all my anxiety by explaining what she could do on her end and what I needed to do on my end in order to pick up my prescription in only a couple of hours, at the Springfield location. I'm super grateful for the whole team at the Santa Clara pharmacy for always being so kind, caring and helpful. They truly go above and beyond.
- JPJenner PrinceFeb 5, 20262.0It’s very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. They are under staffed. Predictive pick up times are often wrong and you have to go there in person to find out when it will be ready. Nice people, they are working hard, just not enough employees.
