  Alyssa was so helpful and went out of her way to get me a deal. I haven’t had new glasses in years and didn’t spend an arm and a leg, or my entire day.

  Amazing kind and willing to help employees!!! I bought my nephew new glasses and the optometrist desk guy promptly returned my call looked up his insurance and I didn't have to pay for his eye exam. They accept Trillium. Chloe was amazing and her customer service is above excellent! She was thorough in explaining any upgrades and I did pay the extra $30 for him to have sunglasses and replacement insurance for a year (and some change she said!). Chloe got up herself to bring the different shades of lenses he could choose from which is another example of her shining customer service skills! I was so pleased with our experience with Chloe, the optometrist team, and the rest of the employees and their willingness to be of service. EYE MART YOU GUYS HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL WITH EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE SO DON'T CHANGE A THING. And consider some raises in pay and recognition awards or something for everyone there and especially Chloe. I'm sure if someone else had helped me they would have matched her customer service as well yet I have to single her out cuz she's who helped us primarily.

  I very much dislike shopping foe eyeglasses, but this was a great experience. Edit to 3 stars. I should have waited until the "pick-up my glasses experience Express? 🤣

  I went in to eyemart express with a faint hope I could find frames to replace the cheap ones I had purchased online. Chloe warmly greeted me and asked how she could help. I expressed my hope in finding new frames to house my lenses. She spent a long time helping me try on what *might* work. With her help I narrowed it down to 2 frames. Her comment that one frame looked adorable won me over. :) Her customer service was excellent. I would definitely return for another purchase when the opportunity arises.*** I went back to have the glasses adjusted. Laura helped me and was so accommodating. 5 ⭐️ again!
