This studio used to be amazing until new owners took it over. The class schedule is terrible now and the best instructors are leaving and those classes are now just being cancelled indefinitely. It’s unfortunate how bad things are now and doesn’t seem like anything is being done to improve things. Wouldn’t recommend joining this studio but have found other locations to be good.

Used to be great but has unfortunately been taken over by a new corporation that is making great staff leave. Hoping they can turn it around.

I would not recommend this studio to anyone. When I first joined I enjoyed the classes but found that a couple of the instructors were unprofessional so I started booking just with the instructors that I preferred. As time went on classes that I signed up for were being cancelled last minute or I would go to sign up for a time slot that worked for me and it was labeled as having "no instructor". I was aware that I had to commit to the first three months of the membership before cancellation but I was not told at all about giving a "30 day notice". I have been trying to cancel for a couple weeks now; calling and being sent to voicemail because no one is at the front desk, stopping by in the middle of the day 2 different times but doors are locked and people are waiting outside for a class that will most likely be cancelled, sending a request through the Club Pilates website, and even talking to who I assume is the manager. She gave me two emails and told me I would need to send screenshots of when I first asked to cancel so she can put in the 30 day notice. She told me she would call me or email me that same day and I have not heard back from her and it's been 3 days. Terrible place to do business with.

Update to the owner: I have reached out to your team. Please review the text messages between us. They said they will update the schedule to more accurately represent when instructors are available, but there are still many classes showing “no instructor” that can be booked, only to be cancelled at the last minute which makes it nearly impossible to find an alternative class. This studio has gone down hill since new owners took over. I've been a member for over 3 years and loved this studio. Now classes are cancelled regularly, many on less than 12 hs notice. They charge you a penalty if you cancel within 12 hrs, but they are free to cancel at any time with no repercussions. I love the instructors they have, but many have left recently and they are understaffed and can't find substitutes when the regular instructor is unavailable. DO NOT JOIN if you want have a consistent pilates routine. Time to look for another studio
