Even if you request to cancel your membership 30 days in advance they will continue to charge you, and if you don’t use any classes in a month they don’t refund you. Lack of empathy, deceptive. DONT COME HERE!!!

This business is very sketchy with their memberships. I was new to the studio and was called and convinced to sign up for a package before I had even done my intro class, but the deal seemed good so I agreed. The first month I was there was okay but I asked to cancel after because my schedule was making it difficult to attend classes at the frequency I would like. I was told I signed up for a 3 month commitment and I wouldn't be able to cancel until after. I signed up for the membership over the phone, was never told about the 3 month minimum, and never saw or signed any documents about it but they claimed they somehow have my "signature" stating I did agree to these terms. Today I called and spoke to a manager who confirmed that they did in fact forge a signature on my documents and that they would be cancelling and refunding me due to their mistake. Thankful to be out of that mess but also want to warn others about this business.

I signed up in January because they were running a special for 10% off 3 months of membership. The classes are great and instructors are awesome. The really bad is their cancelation policy and the way people sign up for classes! Say you start your membership in the 1st of every month. You get new “credits” each month. Cool. But you can’t sign up for next months classes until after you receive your new credits. So the first week after you get credits it’s really hard to get into classes that aren’t extremely early or extremely late. They also have a 12 hour class cancelation policy. If you cancel between the start of class and 12 hours before that then you loose your credit! This last month between an emergency with my horse and some child care challenges I lost 2 credits. They gave me back the one for the equine emergency, but when you have a child with a disability child care is hard to come by! I decided I needed to cancel my membership. So I called at the beginning of February. The woman I spoke to said because I signed up for the promotion plan of 3 months at 10% off I couldn’t cancel until after my 3 months were up and to write a letter to the clubs email. So I wait because it seems I can’t cancel until after I have paid for my 3rd month and I was then told my the manager that I didn’t give them 30 day notice so I am stuck paying for a 4th month!! The first woman I spoke to never stated that I need to give them 30 day notice to cancel! It’s such a scam! Their class are expensive, sign up policy is frustrating and their cancelation policy is highway robbery! Never going back after I am done with my “membership!”

I was a bit disappointed with the instructor. He came in informing us that he had enough extremely bad headach. He stayed in the back of the room in the corner. I am new to club pilates, I had a few questions on some poses, had to wave him down to get clarification only to have him say " you can always look at your neighbors" well I want to know the correct way to do it.

I have been a member for 2 years and at age 70 I feel that Pilates is so important for my balance and strength. The instructors are very knowledgeable and I feel safe and supported in class.
