PRX Derm Perfexion Treatment (formerly known as PRX-T33) is a noninvasive and nonsurgical treatment that combines 33% trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid. This dynamic trio stimulates collagen production, transforming skin texture and tone. P
This fractional technology uses pulses of laser light to target and break down stretch marks triggering new tissue production underneath the skin. This new collagen will help improve both the texture and color of the stretch marks.
Laser scar treatment is a great option to reduce the appearance of unwanted scars. This treatment is fast, easy, and provides remarkable results. Pulses of laser light are gently delivered to the treatment area to break down the scar tissue and help generate healthy new skin.
Facial rejuvenation is defined as the improvement of the changes associated with aging, sun exposure, environmental factors, and genetics- especially increased skin pigmentation, redness and blood vessels, texture and laxity changes, and, of course, wrinkles.
You can stop concealing your skin’s imperfections and get the glowing results you desire. Skin revitalization is a non-surgical treatment that will improve your skin’s appearance quickly and easily. This advanced light-based technology clears undesirable brown spots, sun damage, and vessels, revealing clearer skin.
Laser hair removal targets hair follicles to reduce unwanted hair growth permanently. It’s effective on areas like the legs, arms, face, and bikini line, providing smooth, hair-free skin with minimal maintenance.
Rosacea treatments reduce redness, inflammation, and visible blood vessels associated with this chronic skin condition. Options include laser therapy, topical medications, and lifestyle recommendations to manage symptoms.
Microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. It improves skin texture, reduces scarring, and smooths fine lines, resulting in firmer, rejuvenated skin.
PRP/PRFM contains your own body’s platelets suspended in plasma. PRFM is an even further development that produces a fibrin mesh that sustains the platelets in the area injected to provide continued growth factor release over a longer period of time compared to PRP, thus even further enhancing the benefits of the treatment.
PRFM can also be added to our CO2 laser resurfacing to increase healing and decrease downtime. It is especially helpful with acne scar reduction.
A hydrofacial deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin using water-based technology. It removes impurities, nourishes with serums, and leaves the skin plump, glowing, and refreshed with minimal downtime.
At Cascade Dermatology and Aesthetics we have a variety of facials customized to your skin health needs available at our medspa. Which one is right for you? Come in today and talk with one of our providers. We’ll help you determine the treatment that can best achieve your overall skin health goals!
Chemical peels are helpful for wrinkles, light acne scarring, and irregular pigmentation such as freckles and age spots. Pre-cancerous conditions such as keratoses (thick, rough, reddish growths) also respond well to this procedure.
Acne treatment focuses on reducing breakouts and minimizing scarring through various methods, such as topical medications, chemical peels, and laser therapy. Personalized treatment plans can clear up the skin and improve texture and tone for a smoother complexion.
Our LED Light Therapy treatment is for all skin types, and is non-ablative, non-invasive, painless, and requires absolutely no downtime. Patients or clients can return to their normal activity immediately after the treatment.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a three-step process that uses the patient’s own blood to promote hair growth. Blood is drawn from the patient’s arm then spun to separate into three layers – platelet-poor plasma, platelet-rich plasma, and red blood cells. The platelet-rich plasma is put into a syringe and injected into certain spots on the scalp to promote hair growth. PRP has been shown to help nearly ALL types of hair loss.
Revive Microgold is a professional-grade skin rejuvenation treatment that uses a microchanneling device to deliver a customized blend of ingredients directly into the skin. This treatment is minimally invasive and can improve the overall health and appearance of the skin with little to no downtime.
A thread lift is a non-surgical procedure designed to lift and tighten loose, sagging skin, particularly in areas like the jowls, cheeks, jawline, and neck. It’s an excellent option for those wanting a subtle, natural-looking lift without undergoing facelift surgery or relying solely on injectables.
The PDO Nova Thread Lift is an advanced thread lift technique that provides immediate lifting effects while stimulating collagen production for long-term skin rejuvenation.
EZ Gel is a platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM) gel created from a small sample of your own blood. Unlike synthetic fillers, which primarily add volume, EZ Gel stimulates cell growth and collagen production over time. As a result, patients experience both immediate volume restoration and long-term skin improvement.
Sculptra is an injectable treatment that gradually stimulates collagen production, enhancing facial volume over time. It improves facial contours, reduces wrinkles, and restores a natural, youthful look.
BOTOX Cosmetic is a non-surgical treatment that relaxes facial muscles to smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Commonly used around the eyes, forehead, and mouth, BOTOX creates a refreshed appearance with minimal downtime.
Daxxify® is a new FDA-approved injectable treatment created to improve frown lines and last up to twice as long as other brands of injectables. Long-lasting Daxxify® is powered by a novel peptide–a formulation like no other. The peptide helps stabilize the active ingredient, instead of using human blood products like conventional frown line treatments. Daxxify® may last up to twice as long as conventional frown line treatments for some. Most conventional frown line treatments last 3-4 months. At least 50% of patients in clinical studies had no or minor frown lines 6 months after treatment with Daxxify®. In other safety studies, between 5% and 17% of patients still had noticeable improvement 9 months later. 96% of people were satisfied with the results.
For adults who want a natural look, Dysport is a natural-looking, fast-acting, long-lasting prescription injection proven to help smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows—without changing the look or movement of the rest of your face. Dysport treats moderate to severe frown lines between one’s eyebrows reduce specific muscle activity and leaves all other muscles undisturbed.
Designed to relax muscles, much like Botox, Xeomin® is a pure-form injectable that contains just one ingredient: botulinum toxin A. We inject Xeomin® into facial muscles, causing them to relax. The contraction of muscles is what causes wrinkles, the lines on our faces.
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments that restore volume and smooth lines, enhancing areas like the cheeks, lips, and nasolabial folds. They provide immediate, natural-looking results, adding youthful fullness and refining facial contours without surgery.
