I have never been treated so rudely by the staff at a pharmacy. After waiting for 45 minutes to reach the counter I was told that if I wasn’t happy I could go somewhere else. There was no acknowledgment or apology to the people in line and no eye contact between staff and customers. I can understand that sometimes the wait time is extreme but at the very least a kind word would ease the wait. One person was being served by the only clerk for 25 minutes while 5 other staff members were “busy” doing other chores while ignoring the waiting customers. We will never return.

The pharmacists and staff are excellent. We have been going here for years. My complaint is with what I assume to be administrative decisions to keep the pharmacy staff understaffed and thus overworked. The line can be quite long and the wait has been as long as an hour with only one window open and no one to answer the phone. The pharmacy always gets my prescriptions correct and staff (pharmacists and staff) are courteous, friendly and efficient.

If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. My Dr.’s office called in a prescription for 2 medications on Wednesday. I called the pharmacy, they informed me it was received but not ready. On Thursday, no update, not ready yet. On Friday, I go to pick up my 2 prescriptions and am informed that only one is ready. (The 2 medications must be taken together). I’m told it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, near closing, I call and am unable to get through and no notification from pharmacy! This is beyond unacceptable. Either they just don’t give a damn or simply don’t know what they’re doing.

We have requested our prescriptions to be transferred four times from this pharmacy to our new pharmacy. My husband went into the pharmacy. They said we had to go to the new pharmacy and request it through them. We did that they faxed it to Albertsons on Hilliard, no response. They called Albertsons on Hilliard, no response. I called, no response and now for the fourth time the Pharmacist from our new pharmacy is calling once again to request our prescriptions to be transferred to them. So frustrating this pharmacy needs help seriously no one can Seem to do their job there!!
