Trevor helped me to transfer a prescription to get antibiotic drops for my ear. I called 4 pharmacies that didn't have it in stock but this one had the generic. Thank you!

Be prepared for a LOOOONG wait. They only have one window and it takes them up to 5 minutes per person. I have waited up to 40 minutes several times. I wish they would address this obvious problem. They don't carry my prescription in stock, but it can't be refilled until the 30 days is up, which means every month I am going up to 10 days without my medication. I don't know why it takes them so long to send things to this location. Their texting system is unreliable. It has several times texted me that a prescription is ready. Then I go wait in line for half an hour only to find out they haven't even started processing it.

Zero stars possible? Been getting meds here for over 3 years. 9/10. It's ALWAYS something when it has to do with my script. I have gotten better customer service helping a friend, who has better insurance than I, umm?? (Ya, I momentarally felt less than) They once told me my insurance doesn't pay for name brand, when in fact it does. Then and now. Good luck.
