  We were promised we would get the results within 3 business days and I had to call over and over again after 3 days to check. I was told the results were under review and being held by a medical officer, which is bogus because we paid privately for the test to come to us regardless of results. The customer service agent finally had the medical officer release the report to me after one week.

  Made appointment online. Waited 50 minutes beyond appointment time. Service was good, process easy. Just don't go in there with an expectation of achieving your appointment time for a Twic card.

  Called me 1hr before my scheduled lab test to cancel. I live one hour away, and was in the eugene area already mainly due to the nasty weather(literally just got into eugene when you all called.). I should have been the first call u guys make as soon as you open... so that call should have come through at 0845! Making excuses that the lab tech is sick....ok...and?! Do u want to pay for my fuel? My time? Like you all charge us if we cancel or do a no show?! Why don't u guys have multiple staffing on to cover the shortage? I work in Healthcare I've had to cover a few issues myself.....so it's confusing to me. Irriate with your guys service.
