  I went to the ADC Testing Center on West 6th avenue, in Eugene Oregon. An employee named Tori, who helped me this morning was ridiculously awesome!! Tori understood how much this "particular" test meant to me and made sure that she was through, detail oriented, listened and showed she cared. Thank you for your incredible help Tori! You rock!

  We were promised we would get the results within 3 business days and I had to call over and over again after 3 days to check. I was told the results were under review and being held by a medical officer, which is bogus because we paid privately for the test to come to us regardless of results. The customer service agent finally had the medical officer release the report to me after one week.

  Made appointment online. Waited 50 minutes beyond appointment time. Service was good, process easy. Just don't go in there with an expectation of achieving your appointment time for a Twic card.
