  Came in for a drug test for my employers. Told them my kid needs to use the bathroom. Shes literally crying because she doesn't want to pee herself. He said bathrooms are being used for drug tests. Figured I could just verify my identity and maybe he'd let them know my kid needs to get in one real quick. Nope bro just seats us and goes about his business. No effort no nothing. A straight answer would have been genuinely better.

  Went for pre employment drug screening and they do not give you a cup lid so I spilled some on my jacket making my cup slighlty short the volume they needed (it was registering the temprature line so I'm unclear how much more they needed. Maybe put a table by the toilet so women dont have to preform acrobatics to put the cup down after collection or give caps so we dont spill) and I flushed because I panicked after not only spilling my sample but also out of habit. I asked if I could come back so I could go home and change and because i accidentally flushed. They said they'd count it as a "refusal" if I didn't complete the test again or if I left the building and that they would NOT allow me to try again. I called my employer who happily referred me elsewhere as they had previously counted other referrals to ADC as "refusal to test" for a whole host of reasons as well.

  I have been coming here for almost 4 years now and every time I have been seen quickly, courteously and with respect for my time and the fact there are other choices. It is now to the point that I drive down from Salem as the local outfit by the Airport wanted over an HOUR wait just to pee in a cup! I value my time and these folks have always treated me right so when the Albany location was listed as available I jumped on it and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The Eugene location is where I have gotten the last four of my DOT physicals, and after today’s visit that WILL continue. Showed up almost an hour early and they had me DONE before my appointment time! Rebecca was super efficient, quick and attentive to my needs and answered all my questions, I haven’t had a better experience at a DOT physical. 10 of 10
