  I have been coming here for almost 4 years now and every time I have been seen quickly, courteously and with respect for my time and the fact there are other choices. It is now to the point that I drive down from Salem as the local outfit by the Airport wanted over an HOUR wait just to pee in a cup! I value my time and these folks have always treated me right so when the Albany location was listed as available I jumped on it and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The Eugene location is where I have gotten the last four of my DOT physicals, and after today’s visit that WILL continue. Showed up almost an hour early and they had me DONE before my appointment time! Rebecca was super efficient, quick and attentive to my needs and answered all my questions, I haven’t had a better experience at a DOT physical. 10 of 10

  Went in on the 10th for TSA Pre check, did all the required info and was told they were having internet issues and would hopefully fix them that day, it’s now the 16th and I had to call twice just to get someone on the phone to tell me the internet is still down and they no longer have my information and would need to restart the whole process. Very sloppy communication, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else if you plan for TSA pre check
