  Insulting and misleading spam mail. These guys had the poor taste to mail a fake birthday card that said “GIFT INSIDE” instead of a gift was an ad asking me to make an appointment for and evaluation to earn a Walmart gift card (no value listed) If they think people are that stupid, how else are they taking advantage of seniors?

  A great experience. Carrie and David are are knowledgeable and thorough. And after hearing aids checkup, they take a few minutes (sometimes longer) to just chat. I like that. It is more personal experience.

  David and Carrie are friendly and prompt and helpful! My questions are always answered in a way I can understand what was confusing.
