  Insulting and misleading spam mail. These guys had the poor taste to mail a fake birthday card that said “GIFT INSIDE” instead of a gift was an ad asking me to make an appointment for and evaluation to earn a Walmart gift card (no value listed) If they think people are that stupid, how else are they taking advantage of seniors?

  I had an appointment scheduled, and day of, I called to cancel due to reading some basic M.E. reviews. (They were generic and not specific to the Sunnyside location.) I called, and Carrie (sp) was extremely polite, answered ALL of my inquiries and concerns with intelligence and grace. I will be rescheduling my complementary hearing exam very soon and look forward to the experience with David.
