- LRLeann RungeJun 18, 20265.0They have a friendly crew and that is appreciated. My adult daughter has chronic back pain and she has a hard time expressing herself. The massage therapists she has seen are very kind and patient with her.

After decades of being a customer at Falling Waters and recommending then over the years, last year I went in with my insurance card to verify coverage, was told my treatment was 100% covered since in already met deductible so they schedule me out 2 and 3 times a week for couple of months. Care was great as always, but after first of year I learned that they were wrong about my coverage and they handed me a bill. At no time over the many months of treatment did anyone even let me know that made a mistake so I ended up with a large bill I can't afford. I feel lied to, somewhat scammed as I would have ended treatment months earlier. Be careful folks!

That being said, Lacey is in a league of her own; delivering effective and therapeutic deep pressure, but also in gentle, relaxing, and magical way....which was just what my sore muscles and frazzled nervous system needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
- SKSue KayMar 17, 20265.0Shawndie and her crew really know their stuff. The crew include several PTs, PTAs, a couple of chiropractors and very capable and easy to work with. They have a well appointed gym and a pool. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Over $600 bill for a one hour massage, which they only charge $140 for those paying out of pocket. Exhausted my insurance coverage in a few sessions and then relentlessly pursued doing the same thing with my secondary insurance. Refused to negotiate to a reasonable charge. Now I am without treatment. Unbelievable
