I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Logan. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He clearly communicated what he was going to do before each adjustment, which I greatly appreciated. He was also patient and understanding when my son briefly interrupted the appointment. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was significantly different. The staff member who assisted me, a woman with black hair and distinctive hexagon-shaped glasses, was extremely unapproachable during our interaction. When I asked for clarification, she visibly rolled her eyes at me. I am hard of hearing in one ear, so there are times when I need information repeated or explained more clearly. Her response immediately made me feel flustered and uncomfortable. Rather than continuing the interaction, I ultimately chose to call the office later to schedule because I wanted to speak with someone who was more patient and approachable. What concerns me most is that a healthcare office serves people from all walks of life. Patients may be dealing with pain, injuries, disabilities, anxiety, financial stress, or incredibly difficult circumstances that are not immediately visible. It is heartbreaking to think that someone who is already struggling could ask a simple question or need additional clarification and be met with visible irritation or rudeness. Compassion and professionalism should extend beyond the treatment room. Every staff interaction contributes to whether a patient feels respected and comfortable seeking care. Dr. Logan himself was exceptional, and I would confidently give him a 10/10. Unfortunately, the checkout experience had such a significant impact on my overall impression that I am giving the practice 3 stars. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the quality of care I received from Dr. Logan deserves to be matched by the patient experience throughout the rest of the office.

🌺I've been coming to Falling Waters for over five years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this amazing team. They've been there for me through so many different stages of my health journey, including chronic sciatica and, more recently, recovering after a car accident that left me dealing with even more pain. Over the years I've received chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and shockwave therapy, and every service has played an important role in helping me heal. My sciatica still comes and goes, but thanks to the care I've received and staying consistent with treatment, I'm in a much better place than I used to be. 🎉A huge thank you to Spencer—he's an incredible massage therapist who always listens to what my body needs. 🎉Andrea is wonderful, kind, and truly cares about her patients. I recently started seeing 🎉Lacey again, and she is absolutely phenomenal. Her deep tissue work is some of the best I've ever experienced, and I always leave feeling like my body has been realigned and moving so much better. 🎉Dr. McClintock has also been fantastic throughout my care, and I always appreciate his knowledge and genuine concern for his patients. I was also so grateful for Dr. 🎉Sandy and everything she did for me over the years. While I miss her, the new doctor has made a great first impression, and I'm looking forward to continuing my care with the team. 🌿😜I also want to give a special shout-out to the incredible ladies at the front desk. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. After coming here for so many years, I feel like we've built little friendships. They always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the door, and it's something I truly appreciate. What really sets Falling Waters apart is that they treat you like a person, not just another appointment. Everyone is welcoming, professional, compassionate, and truly invested in helping you feel your best. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about your health and long-term wellness, I wholeheartedly recommend Falling Waters. Thank you all for everything you've done for me over the years—I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know!🤗💐🙏💯

I’ve been to a number of physical therapy facilities over the years and Falling Waters is the best of the best. I’ve never had such a thorough plan for treatment. Their facilities have everything in one place - PT, the gym, massage, the pool, chiro. It’s incredible. The entire team worked so hard to not only help my healing journey, but also keep me playing pickleball during my treatment. Shout out to Shawndi, David and Spencer in particular whose care, kindness and expertise are evident!

Giving at least 3 stars because I wasn’t seen there. But each time I have called and spoke to a woman named Shelby she has been rude, inpatient and had a bad tone of voice with me. Anytime I have asked for calcification she has been short and frustrated. Considering the other comments I have seen about their billing I think it’s best a steer clear of this place unfortunately. They are a month out for appointments as well, which doesn’t seem bad initially. But via insurance I am required to see a chiropractor for an evaluation even though I strictly can not do chiropractic via health issues, you still have be evaluated. Then I don’t even know how far out a massage would be. Not worth waiting potentially 2 months for a place that already seems unprofessional.
