Dr. Shulz, and marshall. We're extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 Marshall was such a great help on figuring out everything I needed. Was clear on the pricing, and made my glasses look excellent! Thanks 👍
- RHRyan HillJul 29, 20264.0This whole experience was smooth for me and my son getting his first pair of glasses. The staff was friendly, and everything went well overall. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because at the beginning of the appointment, I was told they accepted my insurance. We completed the eye exam, picked out our glasses, and then, when it was time to check out, I was told they actually didn’t accept our insurance. That meant I had to pay out of pocket unexpectedly, which was pretty frustrating. We decided to go through with it because we didn’t want to wait another couple of months for an appointment somewhere else that accepted our insurance. Other than that, they did a great job, and we had a good experience.
