  Ok, I’m loving Barre 3. After so many types of barre I have to say I truly appreciate the small but effective bits of mindfulness here. Today I took Heather’s class and I almost cried with joy after returning to this new (to me) form of barre—postpartum. I haven’t taken everyone’s class yet but I loved Heather Olsen’s class so much. She focused less on changes and more on form—staying longer in a sequence and it occurred to me, this is more of a spiritual reset than yoga because it’s not trying to be yogic or whatever. It’s subtle but highly effective for both my buns and my soul. What more can you ask for?? LOVE.

  First barre3 class and loved it! I do barre all the time - this had a lot of flow, great music, less barre centric and more core. Loved it, friendly staff and people too. Thanks!

  I’m loving the new vibe of the place and I felt so revived after class. I’m excited about the immaculate childcare center and the possibility of rebuilding my pelvic floor!

  Overbooked constantly. Charging full price to not even get a proper space at the barre? No thanks. Edit in response to owner’s comment: they added a rando 1pm class and took away a 5pm class. Great for people who don’t have jobs, not great for anyone else.

  I love this studio, the instructors are all really good. The classes are challenging (it’s all the exercises that you need to be doing!!), and if needed the instructors are great at helping modify exercises. They have child care- any kids are happy to go. I highly recommend working out here!
