This is the worst pharmacy in the area. They never have the medication that I need. I came in yesterday stood in like for 30 minutes just to be told it would be 30 minutes more. I went to pick up my kid from school (about 45 minutes to an hour) came back stood in line again to be told they didnt have it in the pharmacy and was going to be even longer. Pamela was extremely rude to me. I hope someone figures out what is going on with this place.

One of the worst pharmacies I have dealt with. I have had experiences with multiple staff here that are rude over the phone and in person. I used to go to Rite Aid for years with no issues. I’ve been with this pharmacy for about 6 months and have had several issues including canceling prescriptions twice without my consent.

Judgemental & Discriminating for what? because my friend has a certain medication and needed me their friend to pick it up. Prescribed person called ahead to give them the heads up , I’ve called to make sure in stock but they have demanded we both bring ID , well if he could bring Id I wouldn’t be wasting my time trying to help him get it filled. He is out on a job til 9pm after the pharmacy closes, then when he wakes up tomorrow he’ll be gone to his job again before the pharmacy is open. Just the perfect storm. They have given us nothing but a headache and playing funky games. There is nothing nefarious or wrong with what we’re asking. This is not the first or last time this happens. Please get to know us. If there wasn’t a shortage all around us we would go to our typical pharmacy OHSU❤️
