  Went in with back pain and just with 1st adjustment felt major relief. The staff from the check-in desk all the way to seeing the Dr were polite, welcoming, and were so accommodating.

  I had a full body massage with Massage Therapist Melinda. She was fantastic! Also very professional and friendly, creating a relaxing and theraputic atmosphere. I've already booked my next appointment with her for this week. Highly recommend.

  Haven't been here in over a year. was able to get in today (7-11-2026) and had an adjustment on my back. Feels good to get back into seeing the Dr. at this place.

  Be warned! The provider came in and The first thing she did was look at my insurance, And how much they would pay. It is such a money grabbing company. She spent 5-6 minutes with me. And The only thing she did was cavitation, and then told me to come back for 12 sessions over the next few weeks. And then when I asked for a percussion massage gun, focusing on my glutes, and adjustment realignment on my low back, she just put a tens unit on my lower back for 20-30 minutes while she saw other paying customers--definitely not considered "patients." I eventually had to just walk out because she may have forgotten about me. She never even read about my medical history or medical injuries that prompted me to seek care. This place definitely gives chiropractic care a bad name. Oh man I am so mad that I waisted so much time with this place! The "doctor" came in to see me 17 minutes late, and left me using the tens vibrating unit until I just had to walk out. It was so awful!

  Honesty hour. A coworker told me their insurance was covered here for massage and they had a good experience so I figured I would try it. I came in and received a consultation and was very forthcoming about my request for massage because historically it is highly effective for me. I was recommended to get an x-ray and acupuncture during the initial consultation with Nicole and there was no mention of massage but I thought why not give it a shot based on her assessment. Came back for my first appointment: I was laid on a table with a heating pad and a TENS-unit for approximately ten minutes, then my back was “cracked” and I was sent on my way. Where was the follow up on the treatment plan? No mention of the x-ray or acupuncture. I called to cancel my appointment and then “doctor” Nicole reached out to call me directly to ask why I cancelled - Talk about uncomfortable. None of the expressed treatment plan was initiated and my requests for massage services were ignored, despite asking about it numerous times during the consultation. After that, the clinic back peddled and began trying to offer me massage services, which I declined. A big no thanks from me. Why not try listening to your client’s requests and following through with the discussed treatment plan from the beginning?
