ESPECIALLY if you have insurance…I pay my copay and each visit has been super helpful and insightful. This is going into my 2nd week and I’ve already lost 6 pounds:) it’s a lot of food changes but one thing I will say is it is doable and not over restrictive. It also helps that everyone on the team you work with are so sweet, helpful and supportive. I am so blessed to have found this place…
