They have so many options to help you loose weight and the staff, OMG ❤️! when I say everyone i mean everyone who works there are all amazing. They make you feel super comfortable easy to talk to explains everything so you don't feel like they just want you there to take your money and but that they are there to assure you, you will see results and they will help you along the way (Everyone). This is a waste of money. Went there twice in 2 weeks I was out $200 with no plan of attack either only thing I got out of this is my bloodwork and I got to see how much my bmi calories I needed to stay the same weight
