They have so many options to help you loose weight and the staff, OMG ❤️! when I say everyone i mean everyone who works there are all amazing. This is a waste of money. Went there twice in 2 weeks I was out $200 with no plan of attack either only thing I got out of this is my bloodwork and I got to see how much my bmi calories I needed to stay the same weight
