- PLPeppery LemonAug 24, 20261.0I feel extremely unsafe and I haven’t even been to my apartment yet. Just from the phone just seems very amateur. I’m sick of every psychiatrist just being extremely horrible to me. I really wanted to think this would be a place where I could finally receive the help I need. But I’m not going to even continue, the phone call was enough for me to understand I’ll be in the same situation like my other 10 psychiatrists that didn’t help me.

Tom my counselor recommended to go to sober living when I left Newberg. Well today is 153 days sober and have so much hope to continue this sober journey one day at a time for the remainder of my years left
