  Sammie was great as an instructor, she heard the ailments that I shared with her and really worked that into the class today and I felt really great afterwards. I would like to work More with Sammie 🙏🏾

  Whenever we are visiting Portland we always try to take classes at Club Pilates Cedar Hills. They have excellent customer service beginning with Alessandra and top notch instruction coupled with a clean well equipped studio! Try it and you’ll love it!

  Great way to make Pilates on reformers accessible to all. Love the club except they won’t let you into class if you are more than five minutes late and then charge you $15 fee for not showing up when you did show up. I arrived 7 min late due to traffic, the teacher wouldn’t let me into the class and then charged me a fee. A little more flexibility with people would be appreciated
