  I made an appointment for a skin check and to have some pilar cysts removed. Nothing was done at the appointment I had last week except for making future appointments for what I originally wanted to be seen for and I was still charged the copay for my insurance. I understand that for a cyst removal, insurance would need to approve but a skin check should have been something that could have been done right then. Was told that I would get a callback earlier this week (today is now Friday) regarding my insurance and scheduling and i have heard nothing. Office was very unorganized, appeared they had jumped the gun and tried to schedule patients too soon for a new location. Will not be returning.
